Tunku Dato' Seri Shahabuddin has extensive leadership experience, serving as the Executive Chairman of Strateq Sdn Bhd since 1989 and holding multiple chairman positions across various companies, including AXIS REIT Managers Berhad, OUD Plantation Sdn Bhd, Berjaya Assets Berhad, DHL Express (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, CPM Corporate Protection Malaysia, Vision Four Media Group, and Rotol Group. Additionally, Tunku Dato' Seri Shahabuddin was the Honorary Life Chairman of the Malaysia Australia Business Council from 1986 to 2016 and served as Chairman of Jotun (M) Sdn Bhd from 1988 to 2015.
