Katy Thompson Carr

Katy Thompson Carr currently serves as the Interim Head of Advancement at Stratford Academy, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Katy was the Operations Director for United in Pink, Inc. from April 2022 to July 2023. Katy's extensive background includes a significant tenure at Landry's from December 2012 to March 2020, where roles included Director of Retail Training and Themed Operations, overseeing training and operations excellence across 100 locations. Additional experience includes several roles at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and positions in sales and marketing with Backdrops Fantastic and Real Estate. Katy holds two Bachelor's degrees from West Texas A&M University in Business and Education and has foundational experience as a College Program Intern at Walt Disney World.
