Deepali Deshmukh

Deepali Deshmukh currently serves as the Head of School at Stratford School, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Deepali held various leadership positions at Challenger School Foundation from May 2002 to June 2018, including Headmaster, Elementary Director, and 5th Grade Teacher. Additional experience includes teaching roles at Sierra School and earlier positions as an HR Consultant at Qualteam Consultants and a Clinical Biochemist at Gem Diagnostic Laboratory. Deepali's educational background includes an MBA in HR Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and two Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry. Deepali has a strong focus on preparing students to become self-reliant and independent thinkers while also demonstrating leadership in educational and laboratory settings.
