Erin Blake

Erin Blake has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Elementary School Principal at Stratford School since June 2010, where responsibilities have included training programs on curriculum implementation and student engagement strategies. As Assistant Director and Mentor Teacher, Erin has focused on improving instructional practices and stakeholder communication to enhance student recruitment and retention. Prior teaching roles included developing a data-driven STEM curriculum in elementary education and managing a combination class in the Milpitas Unified School District. Earlier experience in customer service at IBU Taproom & Bottle Shop further honed interpersonal skills. Erin holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education from UC Santa Barbara.
