Tracey Ryan

Tracey Ryan is an experienced ITS Support Analyst at Strathcona County since 2009, specializing in the maintenance, programming, and coordination of services for systems such as the Mitel Phone System, NuPoint VM System, Genesis Call Accounting System, and mobile devices. Prior to this role, Tracey served as a Senior Installation Coordinator/Trainer at Delphi Solutions from 1994 to 2001, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between customers and the sales department, coordinating all installations, providing comprehensive installation packages to technicians, conducting on-site customer training, and offering post-installation support. Tracey has an educational background from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
