Evan Rasmussen, P.Eng, CFA

Evan Rasmussen, P.Eng, CFA has a diverse range of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Evan currently holds the position of Sr Business Development Engineer at Strathcona Resources Ltd. starting from April 2022. Prior to this, Evan worked at ARC Resources Ltd. for a decade from 2012 to 2022. During their time at ARC Resources, Evan held various roles including Exploitation Engineer from 2017 to July 2022, Strategic Planning & Business Development Engineer in 2016, Joint Venture Engineer from 2014 to 2016, and Optimization Engineer from 2012 to 2014.

Evan Rasmussen, P.Eng, CFA, pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary. Evan attended the university from 2007 to 2012. Following this, Evan enrolled at the CFA Institute where they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from 2012 to 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Evan obtained the Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in April 2018.
