Shawn Ralston

Shawn Ralston has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Foreman, Steam Chief, and Senior Operator at Strathcona Resources Ltd. since August 2020. Prior roles include Senior Operator positions at Cona Resources Ltd. and Northern Blizzard Resources Inc. since 2017 and 2014, respectively, as well as earlier experience as a Senior Operator at Southern Pacific Resource Corp. and as a Plant Operator at Encana Corporation. Shawn's educational background includes a degree in Heavy Oil Operations Technician and Power Engineering (4th Class) from Lakeland College Canada and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, with studies spanning from 2001 to 2013.
