Naomi May Mwangi

Naomi May Mwangi is an accomplished HR Lecturer and Consultant at Strathmore University since July 2016, bringing extensive experience in human resource management from previous roles including HR Director and HR Manager at the same institution. In the role of HR Director, Naomi was responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy and providing management advisory services. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Financial Accountant at PDM Ltd, managing comprehensive financial operations, and various accounting roles at the same company. Early career achievements include serving as a Sage software consultant at Earth Solutions Ltd. Naomi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Strathmore Business School and a Higher Diploma in Higher Education from the College of Human Resource Managers, alongside qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant and a BSc in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nairobi.
