Janelle Shearer

Janelle Shearer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and education. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Stratis Health since September 2003, Janelle is a Quality Improvement Advisor for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Community Coalitions for Improving Care initiative, focusing on enhancing behavioral health outcomes, patient safety, chronic disease self-management, quality of care transitions, and nursing home quality. In addition, Janelle has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Bethel University since February 2009, contributing to the Adult Education Program for RNs pursuing a BSN degree. Previously, Janelle held the role of Home Care & Hospice Director at Fairmont Medical Center - Mayo Health System from 1993 to 2003. Janelle holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa.
