John Clegg, PE has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. John began their career in 1971 as a Design Engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers and later joined the United States Air Force in 1975, serving as a LtCol bioenvironmental and civil engineer until 1992. During their time in the Air Force, they handled various responsibilities and projects related to environmental and civil engineering.

Following their military service, Clegg worked as the Regional Manager for Sverdrup Civil Jacobs Engineer from 1992 to 1994. John then served as a Technical Consultant from 1994 to 1996 before joining the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Program Manager from 1996 to 2001.

Clegg's long-term career with TEAM Integrated Engineering, Inc began in 2001, where they held the role of Senior Project Manager. John'sresponsibilities during this period included forensic engineering for AFLOA, project management for military projects in Iraq, AFCEE Environmental work, AF budgeting, cost estimating for engineering projects, and the development of AF RCRA permits. John continued to contribute to TEAM Integrated Engineering, Inc. until January 2013.

After their tenure with TEAM Integrated Engineering, Inc., Clegg worked as a Senior Consultant for TLI Solutions, Inc. from 2016 to 2018, and subsequently for AGEISS Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Program Manager at Strativia since October 2019.

John Clegg, PE has an extensive education history in the field of civil engineering. John began their education at the University of Houston, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from 1966 to 1971. John then pursued further education at Tulane University from 1973 to 1975, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree specializing in Civil and Environmental Engineering.

In 1980 to 1981, Clegg joined the AF Education with Industry program to gain knowledge and expertise in Environmental Studies, leading to the completion of a Certificate for White House Fellowship. Finally, from 2004 to 2009, they attended The University of Texas at Austin to focus on Forensic Engineering, acquiring additional skills and insights in Civil Engineering.

These educational experiences have equipped John Clegg, PE with a solid foundation in civil engineering and specialized knowledge in Forensic Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, and Environmental Studies.
