As CFO Mark helped found 2 startup companies, Wam!Net and Virtual Radiologic Corporation. As CFO he completed highly successful NASDAQ IPOs for both with Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs. Mark currently serves as President of Omphalos Ventures Partners a Minneapolis based Venture fund that has successfully invested in dozens of early-stage companies in medical device, agricultural automation, material sciences and green energy technology.
