Matt Peters

Matt Peters has extensive experience in operations and management roles. Matt is currently the Vice President of Operations at Stratix Systems, a position they began in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Xerox from 2013 to 2022, where they progressed from Operations Manager to Regional VP of Operations. In this role, they had full accountability for a 46K square foot facility and managed a team of 19. Additionally, Matt has experience at Nauticon Imaging Systems, where they served as the Vice President of Service Operations from 2008 to 2012. Matt oversaw a $10M budget, managed a customer base of 3K+ accounts, and increased annual service revenues by 30%. Earlier in their career, they also held the role of Accounting & Operations Manager at Nauticon Imaging Systems.
