Steve Lupien

Steve Lupien, Eng. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in innovation and automation within the building technology sector. Currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at Strato Automation since May 2023, Steve previously held the position of VP Innovation DLN at Acuity Brands Lighting Canada from July 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include VP Building Automation Technology and Global R&D and Projects Director at Distech Controls Inc from July 2012 to July 2022, as well as Director of Development at Marcotte Systemes Ltee and various positions at Distech Controls and Autolog. Steve began professional career at Nortel Networks as a Product Engineering Team Leader. An alumnus of École de technologie supérieure, Steve earned a degree in Automated Production Engineering between 1996 and 2001.
