Ninon Le Meur

Ninon Le Meur has an extensive work experience in various fields. From March 2022 to April 2023, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Stratosfair. Prior to that, they served as a PMO at the same company from November 2021 to March 2022. Ninon also worked at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères as an Adjointe de bureau from September 2019 to September 2021. Additionally, they had a role as Chargée de mission Afrique du Nord / Levant from February 2019 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, they were a Stagiaire Maîtrise des armements at État-Major des Armées from June 2018 to September 2018. Ninon briefly worked as an Auditeur at Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) in January 2018.

Ninon Le Meur's education history begins in 2010 when they completed their Baccalauréat in the scientific field of study at Lycée Dupuy de Lôme. Ninon then attended Nantes Université from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a License de droit in the field of droit et sciences politiques. In 2016, they continued their studies at Nantes Université and completed their Master 1 in science politique de l'Europe in 2017. Ninon later enrolled in HEIP from 2017 to 2018, where they pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree in études stratégiques et politiques de défense. In 2018, they also participated in a Préparation aux concours at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) for a year. Lastly, in 2018, they completed a one-year Cycle Master II in défense et sécurité nationale at IHEDN (Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale).
