Hillary Pennington is an experienced hospitality and operations professional with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Hospitality and Operations at Stratosphere Social since February 2020, Hillary has previously held significant roles including General Manager at Live! Casino & Hotel, where responsibilities spanned training, operations, and revenue generation. With experience as Banquet Manager at Horseshoe Casino and leadership positions in various establishments under Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Hillary brings a wealth of expertise in managing operations, client relations, and innovative event planning. Additionally, Hillary holds leadership experience in political consulting and community service through various roles, including President of Strategic Victory Consulting and member of the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee. Hillary's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Education from Georgia College & State University.
