Evelyn Azuaje

Evelyn Azuaje has extensive work experience in the petroleum industry. Evelyn began their career at Universidad Central de Venezuela, where they held various roles including Assistant Professor, Coordinator of the Curricula Commission, Chief of Reservoir Department, and Director of the Petroleum School. Evelyn also worked as a Professor at the Petroleum School and was responsible for management and personnel budget execution.

In 2005, Evelyn Azuaje joined Instituto Universitario Nuevas Profesiones as a Professor in the Drilling Fluids Lab. Evelyn then returned to Universidad Central de Venezuela and worked as an Assistant in the Drilling Fluids Laboratory and Reservoir Laboratory.

In 2012, Evelyn Azuaje joined Weatherford as a Business Development Supervisor at Weatherford Laboratories. Evelyn later became the Reservoir Solutions Field Operations Manager and Reservoir Solutions Marketing & Technical Sales Manager. In 2018, they were appointed as the Mexico Geozone Manager - Reservoir Services.

Most recently, they worked as the Laboratory Operation Manager at Stratum Reservoir starting in September 2019.

Evelyn Azuaje has pursued their education at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. Evelyn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering, followed by a Specialist degree in Hydrocarbons Geochemistry, focusing on Geochemistry and Geology. Additionally, they received a Professional Certification in Natural Gas Transmission and Distribution Systems from the same institution.
