Heather Henderson

Heather Henderson currently serves as the Director of Scope Development at Stratus, a position held since October 2018, after the company rebranded from MC Group | ICON in September 2020. Prior roles at Stratus include Business Development Manager and Account Development Manager. Heather's previous experience includes positions at MC Group as Account Development Manager, Program Manager, and Program Coordinator, as well as a Data Entry Specialist at BackTrack, a GIS Division. Before entering the corporate world, Heather held roles such as Assistant Manager at Sally Beauty, Telemarketer at Mary Anne Hurley State Farm Insurance, and Cashier at Giant Eagle. Education includes college credits in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and Occupational Therapy from Cleveland State University, alongside a high school diploma from Mentor High School.
