Karen Kaminski

Karen Kaminski is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Stratus, Karen oversees comprehensive HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at TravelCenters of America, where Karen successfully led a corporate transformation that exceeded financial targets. Previous positions also include Vice President of Human Resources at Caesars Entertainment, Director of Human Resources at Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, and various HR management roles in the retail and service sectors. Karen's educational credentials include a BA in Political Science and a J.D. from Cleveland State University and an Executive MBA from Kent State University.
