Felicia Parr, B. Eng., MBA

Felicia Parr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Felicia is currently working as the Chief of Staff at Noze since October 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement (SCHL), including Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation, Manager - Business Strategy, Planning & Optimization, and Senior Specialist - Business Strategy, Planning & Optimization.

Before joining CMHC, Felicia worked as the Manager, Strategy & Portfolio Construction at Ivanhoé Cambridge from June 2019 to July 2020. Felicia also gained consultancy experience at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant - Strategy & Operations and Consultant - Strategy & Operations from June 2018 to June 2019 and from July 2017 to June 2018, respectively.

Felicia's early career included a role as President at HEC Montréal AEMBA from May 2016 to May 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Bombardier from August 2015 to April 2016.

Felicia'swork experience also includes working as an Applications & Sales Support Engineer at Weir Minerals from May 2013 to August 2015. In this role, they played a pivotal role in the Sales & Product Management team by offering technical and commercial expertise for large-scale hard-rock mining applications. Felicia was responsible for capital projects, bid preparation, project management, and sales/training presentations to achieve revenue targets.

Felicia Parr holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Dalhousie University. Felicia also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with Great Distinction, in Strategy and Finance from HEC Montréal. Felicia earned their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering, with a Minor in Management, from McGill University. Felicia has also completed the Summer Institute for General Management (SIGM) at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Felicia holds a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Health Sciences from Marianopolis College. Felicia has obtained a certification as a Junior Engineer from the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec in October 2013.
