Palash Kaushik

Palash Kaushik has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and innovation management, patent engineering, patent analytics services, and intellectual property rights (IPR). Palash is currently serving as a Technology and Innovation Manager at Noze since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Patent Engineer at Noze from June 2022 to November 2022. Before joining Noze, they were a Partner specializing in Patent Analytics Services at OnlinePatentFiling since January 2021.

Palash also gained experience as an Intern in the Additive Manufacturing of Intelligent Structures Lab at Polytechnique Montréal from January 2022 to April 2022.

Starting from 2015, Palash worked at various companies, including Sterlite Technologies Limited, CPA Global, and UnitedLex Corporation. At Sterlite Technologies Limited, they served as an Associate Manager-IPR from May 2019 to January 2021. During their tenure at CPA Global, they held the positions of Sr. Consultant-IPR from August 2018 to May 2019, Consultant-IPR Patents from August 2017 to August 2018, and IP Researcher from October 2016 to July 2017. Lastly, they worked as an Associate Patent Engineer at UnitedLex Corporation from July 2015 to October 2016.

Palash Kaushik began their education in 2011 at G.B. Pant Govt. Engineering College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in mechanical and automation. Palash completed this program in 2015.

In 2021, Palash went on to study at Polytechnique Montréal, specializing in Mechanical Engineering - Additive Manufacturing. However, their time at this institution was brief, as they only attended for one year.

Following their studies at Polytechnique Montréal, Palash enrolled in Concordia University in 2021. Palash is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. It is expected that they will complete this program in 2022.
