Michael Blose, P.E., MBA has extensive experience in managing water resource and roadway projects for various private and public clients. Michael has held leadership positions such as Vice President of Water Resources Engineering and Director of Water Resources Engineering. With a background in field inspection services and a BS in Engineering from Penn State University, Michael has a strong foundation in the industry. Additionally, Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
