Straus Family Creamery
Ludger Badette has a background in operations training and development coordination. They started their career at Heifer International as a Project Officer in March 2011 and later served as the South Regional Coordinator from October 2013 to January 2015. In 2014, Ludger joined Straus Family Creamery as the Chief of Training until February 2017, when they transitioned to the role of Operations Training and Development Coordinator.
Ludger Badette completed a Bachelor's Degree in Agroforestry and Environmental Science with a specialization in Project Management and Sustainable Development from ISA University. In addition, Ludger has additional certifications in Ingeniero Forestal and PMD- Pro from APMG International.
