Mark Mika has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management roles. Mark has worked as the Director Engineering and Maintenance at Straus Family Creamery since 2021, where they oversee all engineering project initiatives and maintenance operations. At Starbucks, Mark held various positions including Director Engineering Technology Services, Supply Chain Coffee Operations from 2003 to 2005, where they led global manufacturing operations and administered a capital plan of $46M. Mark also served as the Engineering Manager, Engineering Technical Services, Supply Chain Coffee Operations from 2000 to 2003, overseeing packaging, processing, and controls design projects.

Mark Mika has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
