Anika Kipphan is an HR Partner at STRAUSS since December 2021, specializing in executive consulting, recruiting, onboarding, and HR projects. Prior to this role, Anika served as a Junior HR Recruiter, focusing on recruitment processes. From October 2015 to December 2021, Anika worked at Herth+Buss Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG as a Marketing Communication Manager, responsible for public relations, trade show organization, social media content planning, copywriting, and SEO optimization, and also contributed in sales support. Anika holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from IU International University of Applied Sciences (2020-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Internationale BWL & Außenwirtschaft from Berufsakademie Rhein Main (2015-2018).
