Elsa Michelle Kastrul is an accomplished leader in food safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the VP of FSQA & Operational Excellence at Strauss Brands since January 2022, Elsa has successfully led initiatives that eliminated customer complaints and optimized product development. Previous roles include Senior Director of FSQA, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, and Director of FSQA & Regulatory Affairs at Palermo's Pizza, where significant transformations in management systems were achieved. Elsa's expertise extends to overseeing food safety and quality management for USDA RTE Cooked Meats at Tall Tree Foods and achieving high compliance ratings at Fair Oaks Foods as Quality Assurance Manager. With a strong educational foundation, including an MBA focused on leadership and project management, Elsa continues to drive improvements and foster talent within each organization.
