Taylor Helmcamp is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Submissions Director and Chief Articles Editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law, where responsibilities include selecting and curating articles for Volume 19. Taylor also holds various editorial roles with the Texas International Law Journal and is a member of the Student Advisory Council at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Energy Center. Previous summer associate positions at Norton Rose Fulbright involved working in multiple legal sectors, including finance and M&A. Taylor's academic credentials include a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a master’s degree in Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. Additional educational experiences include study stints at Stockholm University and multiple European institutions.
