Yael Goren

Yael Goren has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Yael started their career as a Programmer at Israel Defense in 1979. After that, they worked as a Software Consultant at Projecta LTD from 1984 to 1986, where they focused on consulting and developing communication systems. Following that, they joined Digital Equipment Corporation as a Software Consultant from 1986 to 1995, where they engaged in pre- and post-sale activities and managed turnkey projects. Yael then joined Amdocs in 1995, where they held various roles including Project Leader, Director of Software Development, and Director of Customer Support. Their responsibilities at Amdocs included managing software specialists, supporting customer care and billing systems, and leading implementation projects. Yael was also self-employed from 2007 to 2017, working as a Consultant on software and integration projects, defining organizational processes, and providing project management training. Currently, Yael is working as an IT and Organizational Strategy Consultant at Strauss Strategy, starting in 2018.

Yael Goren completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Bar-Ilan University from 1983 to 1988. Their field of study included Computer Science, Political Studies, and Computer Studies. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Cohort Program; Organizations and Strategy, at The University of Texas at Dallas, which they completed in 2006.
