Osnat Lachman has several years of experience in various roles at Strauss Group and Strauss Water Ltd. Osnat started their career at Strauss Water Ltd. in 2013 as an Operational Excellence Engineer, where they led transverse project management and streamlined work processes. Osnat then became a Team Leader in the Operational Excellence Department, overseeing the implementation of new methodologies and managing a diverse team. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Project & Process Manager, providing leadership and support to a team of project managers and leading the service and distribution aspects of a CRM system change.
