Shimrit Batya

Shimrit Batya has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. shimrit started their career at AIG in 2004 as an A&H & travel Sales Team Leader and then worked their way up to become an Auto & Home Sales Manager, Distrebution Chanel Manager, and eventually a LIfe & Health Sales Manager. shimrit worked at AIG for a total of 13 years, from 2004 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Strauss Water Ltd. as the Headquarters manager of sales and later became the Sales Director in 2018.

Shimrit Batya completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in the field of HR from Ono Academic College from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Ruppin Academic Center from 2001 to 2004.
