Tal Ickowicz has a diverse work experience, starting with their role at Orantech as a PMO, where they managed medium-scale projects for various clients, including private companies and governmental institutions. Tal interacted with clients, provided updates, and ensured project budgets and schedules were monitored effectively.
Tal then joined Strauss Water Ltd. as an R&D PMO, establishing Agile routines and Scrum methodology in the R&D department. Tal managed JIRA dashboards, prioritized tasks, and improved work processes through training. Later, they transitioned to the role of R&D Project Manager, overseeing machine development projects from start to finish. Tal coordinated multidisciplinary teams and facilitated communication between different departments.
Tal Ickowicz obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University, graduating in 2017.
