Shelby Rhodes

Shelby Rhodes serves as the Senior Director of Product Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Strava, a prominent digital community for active individuals with over 120 million athletes worldwide. Previously, Shelby held various roles at YouTube, including Chief of Staff for Emerging Experiences & Community, overseeing products utilized by billions globally, and served as Senior Program Manager for Emerging Experiences. Earlier experience includes positions at Google in program and operations management, roles in news production at KRON TV and KSBY TV, and as an assignment editor at WCCO-TV. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota and has spent a semester studying at University College Dublin.
