Lucas McAdams

Lucas McAdams currently serves as the VP of Talent at Guidewell Education, where responsibilities include overseeing talent management and human resources processes, ensuring resources for employees, and fostering company culture. With extensive experience in educational settings, Lucas has been a Senior College Coach at ESM Prep since 2012, guiding high school students through the college application process. Additional roles include serving as the Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Saint Mary's College High School and working as an At-Risk Advocate for the Evergreen School District. Lucas's earlier experiences include mentorship with at-risk youth at SOS Outreach and serving as a Teacher's Assistant in the Tigard-Tualatin School District. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with minors in Computer Science, Business, and Communications from the University of Oregon.
