Eileena Lam

Eileena Lam has extensive work experience in HR and organizational design. Eileena most recently worked at DKSH as the Head of HR for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of HR for Asia Pacific at DKSH Smollan. From 2021 to 2022, Eileena served as the Group Head of Organisation Design at DKSH. Before joining DKSH, they worked at AXA as a Senior Business Manager, Group Senior Talent Partner, and Senior HR Business Partner & D&I Lead. Eileena also has experience in HR roles at AXA Partners, QBE Insurance, and Aon, where they served as a Regional HR Business Partner, Regional HR Consultant, and HR Consultant, respectively.

Eileena Lam holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Sydney.
