Justin J. Roberts BA (HONS) FGA ASFAV is a seasoned jewellery and watch specialist with extensive experience in the auction and valuation sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant Jewellery and Watch Specialist at Olympia Auctions since September 2022 and volunteering at Leighton House and Sambourne House Museums since December 2022, Justin also holds the role of Treasurer, Guide, Lecturer, and Archivist at Strawberry Hill House & Garden since November 2010. Previously, Justin worked at Iles Valuations as a Jewellery and Watch Consultant and Specialist since February 2021, and served as a Senior Jewellery and Watch Consultant at Roseberys London until September 2022. Justin's notable tenure at Sotheby's spanned from January 2004 to February 2021, culminating in the role of Senior Jewellery Specialist/Head of Catalogue Production. An accomplished academic, Justin studied English Literature and Modern History at the University of Surrey, gemmology at Gem-A, and heritage interpretation and museum management at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, complemented by professional credentials from the Society of Fine Art Auctioneers & Valuers and The Goldsmiths' Company.

Strawberry Hill House & Garden
Originally created between 1747 and 1790 by Horace Walpole as ‘his little gothic castle’, this building is internationally famous as one of the first examples of the gothic revival in domestic architecture. With generous support from the Heritage Lottery Fund, The World Monuments Fund, English Heritage, the local community and a number of Trusts and Foundations, £10 million was raised and the restoration of SHH was accomplished. It was opened to the public in October 2010 and in 2011 won the Georgian Group Award for the best restoration of an 18th century Country House and the Europa Nostra Awards 2013.
