Connor Shell is currently a Managing Director at STREAM Capital Partners, LLC since October 2017. Prior to that, Connor worked as a Southeast Retail Advisor at James Capital Advisors of Marcus & Millichap from September 2015 to October 2017, specializing in representing clients on the sale of net-lease and sale leaseback assets throughout the southeast. Connor also gained experience as an Intern at Foundry Commercial from November 2014 to July 2015, where Connor drafted Broker Price Opinions, conducted research and analyses on properties, and gained valuable experience sitting in on client meetings. Connor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from California State University, Northridge in 2015.
