Kate Heskett

Kate Heskett has been with Stream Companies for over 20 years, working their way up through the ranks to their current position as Chief Administrative Officer. Kate is responsible for working with internal departments and business units to find optimized solutions to workflows and processes. Kate also leads the technical operations and people and culture teams to provide creative and innovative support to our business.

Kate has been instrumental in spearheading the implementation of a new work management system to unify work and communications across the entire agency. Kate is also responsible for overseeing the creative operations to provide efficiency and accuracy with creative elements produced by Stream. This includes working closely with the Art & Design, Web Development and Creative departments.

Kate is a highly skilled and experienced administrator with a passion for streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Kate is a valuable asset to the Stream team and has played a key role in the company’s success over the past 20 years.

Kate Heskett attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BFA in Fine Arts - Visual Communications. Kate was also a member of the university's softball team. Prior to that, they attended Owen J. Roberts High School from 1993 to 1997.
