Abby Gustus Alford

Abby Gustus Alford currently serves as Vice President at Stream Realty Partners since February 2025, following a tenure as Vice President at CBRE from August 2013 to February 2025, where expertise included strategic real estate consulting and brokerage services focusing on corporate headquarter office leases, lease restructuring, real estate portfolio strategy, and land asset acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to this, Abby worked as a Transaction Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from December 2007 to August 2013, and held the position of Marketing Manager for the Houston Division. Abby holds a M.A. in Journalism/Marketing from Northwestern University and a degree from Purdue University.
