Ashley Garcia is a dedicated commercial property manager with extensive experience in property management spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at Stream Realty Partners since November 2021, Ashley previously managed commercial properties for Westdale Asset Management, overseeing operations for a 360,000 square foot Class A portfolio. Prior roles include managing multiple commercial properties across the DFW area for Younger Partners, and assisting in the management of large properties at Lincoln Property Company, where responsibilities included accounts receivable management and budgetary oversight. Ashley’s career began at IMT Residential as a Leasing Consultant, contributing to the leasing and management of properties.
