Mike Short

Mike Short is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in building operations and engineering management. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Stream Realty Partners since December 2013, Mike has previously held significant positions at Hines GS from June 2001 to November 2013, including Engineering Manager, Assistant Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, and Building Engineer. In the role of Engineering Manager, Mike oversaw and developed engineering teams for two REIT sites in downtown Phoenix, encompassing a total of 965,508 square feet, and managed operations for an additional 1.28 million square feet, focusing on engineering processes and client relations.
