Parker Welton

Parker (Nelson) Welton is a Vice President on the Atlanta Office Leasing Team at Stream Realty Partners, having joined the firm in June 2022. Previously, Parker served as a Senior Associate at CBRE from May 2017 to June 2022, focusing on representing office landlords and collaborating with a successful team known for leasing value-add projects and mixed-use developments. Parker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, obtained in 2017, and is a graduate of Alpharetta High School.
