Simon Arpiarian

Simon Arpiarian has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Executive Managing Director and Partner at Stream Realty Partners since October 2010. In this role, Simon oversees the operational functions of the Atlanta office and is dedicated to cultivating talent within Stream's unique operator-investment manager platform. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Kaufman Capital Partners as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management, DTZ as Associate VP of Investment Property Sales, Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Real Estate Practice, and Studley in Occupier Services. Simon Arpiarian holds a BA in Government from Cornell University, earned between 1994 and 1998, and completed secondary education at Woodward Academy from 1981 to 1994.
