Rebecca (Becca) Lyddon

Rebecca (Becca) Lyddon has worked in various roles since 2005. Rebecca (Becca) began their career as an Assistant Director of Convention Services at the Hotel Fort Des Moines. From 2009 to 2013 they worked as an Assistant Catering Manager at Iowa State University, where they were responsible for payroll using Tracy UltraTime and coordinating the schedules for up to 45 employees. From 2013 to 2014 they were a Temporary Assistant at Caplan and Earnest LLC, where they demonstrated the ability to quickly learn organizational processes, workflows, policies and procedures. Rebecca (Becca) then worked as an Office Manager at Workiva from 2014 to 2018, before taking on the role of Operations Manager at Cognizant Accelerator from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are an Office Manager at Stream.

Rebecca (Becca) Lyddon attended Iowa State University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a field of study in Journalism.
