William Bill Chapman

William Chapman is a highly experienced professional in the fields of communications and media production, currently serving as a Professor of Practice at Georgia State University since June 2019. In this role, William oversees post-production and live event direction for GSUTV, managing both live and recorded programming. William founded c3digital and holds the position of Director at NBA Digital and Show Director for Marvel Studios, in addition to providing strategic advice at Streaming Global. With a background as Managing Director for Fan Controlled Football and extensive experience with the Atlanta Falcons and Turner Broadcasting, William possesses a comprehensive skill set in live events, media production, and creative development. William's academic credentials include a Master of Communication in Visual Communication from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
