Matthieu Ouellette-Vachon

Matthieu Ouellette-Vachon has worked in various positions since 2007. Matthieu began as a Software Developer at Nu Echo, where they were involved in many projects ranging from Eclipse Plugin to website development as well as research & development projects. In 2009, they took on the role of Laboratory Officer at École Polytechnique de Montréal. From 2016 to 2018, they were CTO and Lead Software Engineer (Android) at Samsao, where they were in charge of the whole development employees and led the transition from a mobile shop to a full-stack development company. Since 2018, they have been a Full-stack Developer at dfuse, developing API, tools, and high performance backend services for Web 3.0.

Matthieu Ouellette-Vachon completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal from 2005 to 2009. Matthieu then attended Chalmers University of Technology for a one-semester exchange in 2010, studying Computer Science. In 2010, they returned to Polytechnique Montréal and completed a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering in 2013.
