Lina Fasheh

Lina Fasheh has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lina currently holds the position of Senior Manager, HR Tech & Insights at Streamland Media, a role they started in April 2021. Prior to that, Lina worked at ICM Partners as an HR Technology Analyst from July 2018 to January 2021. Lina also worked at tronc (formerly Tribune Publishing) as a Talent Engagement Coordinator in the Human Resources department from July 2017 to June 2018. Before transitioning into HR, Lina gained experience in the insurance industry as an Associate Long Term Disability Benefits Specialist at Unum, where they managed diverse case loads and provided financial security to individuals from June 2016 to June 2017. Lina's earlier work experience includes roles at Hi-Tech Services, Inc. as a Grants & Research Associate, where they worked with non-profits to provide grant writing and program evaluation services from August 2014 to June 2017, and as an Intern at C-TAP, a consulting firm that provides affordable educational programs for certification purposes, from June 2014 to June 2017. Lina began their career at McDermott & Bull Executive Search, where they held multiple roles including Research Associate, Executive Assistant/Office Manager, and Executive Network Intern from September 2011 to November 2013. Through their extensive work experience, Lina has developed skills in HR technology, talent engagement, disability benefits management, grant writing, program evaluation, and executive search.

Lina Fasheh has a diverse education history in the fields of psychology, forensics and criminality, criminology, mindfulness awareness practices, and human resources management. Lina began their education in 2011 at Saddleback College, where they focused on criminology for the next two years. In 2014, Lina enrolled at the University of Southern California and pursued a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Forensics and Criminality, which they completed in 2016.

During the same year, Lina also took a course at the University of California, Los Angeles, and successfully completed MAPS 1 - Mindfulness Awareness Practices for Daily Living. Furthermore, in 2016, they studied Human Resources Management at Loyola Marymount University, where they obtained a degree in the field.

Apart from their formal education, Lina Fasheh has also acquired additional certifications. In June 2021, they became certified as a California Notary Public by the California Secretary of State. Furthermore, they hold a certification in Human Resources Management obtained from Loyola Marymount University.
