Sonia Cruz

Sonia Cruz has over 25 years of experience in human resources and benefits administration. Sonia began their career at Boston Scientific, Advanced Bionics, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist, providing HR services and benefits administration to 750 U.S based employees. Sonia also coached and counseled managers on performance management issues. Sonia then joined ITT Aerospace and Defense as a Senior Human Resources Representative, where they administered employee benefit programs and designed programs and policies in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, and performance management. After that, they worked at Wesco Aircraft Hardware Corp. (Incora) as the Director of Compensation and Benefits, overseeing the company's compensation and benefits programs.
