Mario Yiannopoulos

Mario Yiannopoulos is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as the VP Head of Total Rewards at Tate & Lyle since November 2023, Mario previously held the position of VP Total Rewards & Recognition at ConvaTec from June 2021 to November 2023. Prior roles include Head of Reward at easyJet, where responsibilities included overseeing reward and compensation strategies, and Director of Compensation & Benefits at Britvic Soft Drinks, managing various aspects of rewards and employee wellbeing. Mario's career began as an executive compensation consultant at Towers Watson, collaborating with prominent FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies across diverse sectors. Mario holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Leeds, completed in 1994, and a foundational education from Broomfield School.
