Stephen Bulfer

Stephen Bulfer has worked in various roles in the technology and finance industries since 1998. Stephen began their career as a Systems Analyst and Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, then moved to a Manager role. In 2008, they worked as a Principal at Method Partners, a management consulting firm. Stephen also worked as the Customer Intelligence & Digital Strategy at HP, which was a client of Method Partners. In 2009, they founded LifeCellar, a mobile and webapp digital wallet product. In 2012, they became the VP Business Development at ionGrid, Inc., where they led the acquisition strategy and execution for a mobile enterprise security software company. In 2013, they were an EIR (Entrepreneur-in-Residence) at NetApp, where they evaluated over 2,000 startups globally. In 2015, they co-founded StreamLoan, where they pioneered the Digital Mortgage industry and Point-of-Sale (POS) category of software. Additionally, Stephen Bulfer has been an Angel Investor for the Berkeley Angel Network since 2014 and CEO of Bulfer Capital Investments since 1999.

Stephen Bulfer attained their High School Diploma from Benilde St. Margaret's. Stephen then went on to receive two B.S. degrees and three minors from Iowa State University in Accounting, Finance, and CS/CIS. Bulfer then completed an MBA from Columbia University in Real Estate Finance and General Business, an MBA from Columbia Business School in Economics and Entrepreneurship, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
