Dimi Yankov, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Dimi currently works as a Manager, Customer Success - North America at StreamNative since March 2022.

Before that, they held the position of Customer Success Manager at Domino Data Lab from November 2020 to February 2022. In this role, they managed a portfolio of enterprise customers, focused on reducing churn and ensuring customer success through tailored technical solutions and training sessions.

Prior to Domino Data Lab, Dimi worked at MicroStrategy as a Senior Cloud Technical Account Manager | Cloud Systems Manager from December 2018 to July 2020. Dimi managed a prime multi-million-dollar account portfolio and acted as a trusted advisor to customers.

Dimi also has experience at CRDF Global, where they held the role of Business Development Manager from December 2016 to December 2018. Dimi identified new areas for expansion and pursued U.S. federal business opportunities. Additionally, they served as a Customer Account Manager from July 2014 to June 2017, managing a customer portfolio and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Earlier in their career, Dimi worked as a Business Manager at the Center for Excellence in Education from June 2007 to June 2014. In this role, they managed the organization's finance and human resources operations, working closely with the executive team and board of directors.
