Jillian Barker

Jillian Barker serves as the Director of Education at Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System since August 2022. Concurrently, Jillian holds the position of President of the School Board at ST CHARLES CUSD 303 SCHOOL DISTRICT, a role maintained since April 2018. Previously, Jillian served as the Executive Director at Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) from November 2021 to March 2023 and as the Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Parkland Preparatory Academy from August 2016 to March 2023.
